A scent truly has the capacity to transform a space.

Every time I went over to my mother-in-laws house, I’d find myself asking the same question: “what smells so good in here?” and was introduced to my latest love – the Valentte diffusers. From the very first use, the Valentte diffusers felt different from many others that I’ve tried.

Here’s why I’ve been loving them.

Why Valentte diffusers stood outvalnette diffuser

  • The scent fills the space beautifully, without being overpowering. It doesn’t sit quietly in the background so faint you barely notice it or disappear after a few days.
  • They leave an impact whenever you walk into the room.
  • It has a luxury, premium feel to it with a great price point.
  • You don’t have to keep turning the reeds constantly to keep up the scent (just once in a while).
  • Love that you can also buy refills for the diffuser, as well as extra reeds for the diffuser.

The scents

The brand has a fab range of fragrances… just pick a scent that works for you.

I have the Lemongrass & Rosemary scent, which is perfect for a kitchen or a bathroom (mine is currently in the bathroom).

I also have a Gingerbread Cookies one that makes the hallway smell like fresh baking… love that.

Things to consider

While the £16 price feels reasonable for the quality, if you’re on a very tight budget, there are diffusers around £10–12 that provide a lighter scent experience. For me, the impact and longevity of the Valentte diffuser make it worth the extra spend, and you can often grab a discount — at the time of publishing, they’re currently on sale for £9.99, so you might be able to snap up a bargain.

After trying a few of the diffusers in their range – the scents vary in terms of strength. For example, the rosemary and lemongrass diffuser is a very strong scent, whereas the Gingerbread cookies is a little more subtle, so bear that in mind.

The Story behind Valentte

Valentte is a British fragrance brand with a lovely story behind it. Founded by Luke and Justina, the brand started in 2011 making handmade soap at Greenwich market. Demand grew, they expanded into Covent Garden and from there, they then left London for Cheshire.

They now own their own Cheshire factory, which means they manage the entire process from sourcing ingredients to hand writing every order.

Ethics Check

  • Their reeds diffusers are marketed as made with pure essential oils and described as organic, focusing on natural, uplifting scent profiles.
  • Valentte highlights that its products are designed and made in the UK, supporting local manufacturing and quality control.
  • No formal third‑party ethical certifications shown: While Valentte promotes natural and organic qualities, the product page does not display recognised certifications (e.g., COSMOS, Leaping Bunny, vegan certification) or sustainability awards.

Valentte diffusers have quickly earned a permanent place in my home. They’re long lasting and impactful… love!
