This year’s Mental Health Awareness week theme is ‘Take Action’ and is a reminder that even the smallest of actions, the gentlest of steps, matter. The action doesn’t have to be dramatic, it could simply be setting better boundaries, getting some fresh air or prioritising rest.

In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’ve pulled together a collection of wellbeing resources – books, podcasts, TED Talks and more, designed to inspire and encourage you to take action for your mental health and wellbeing.
