Stay refreshed with this Ginger Turmeric Coconut Lemonade from The Saffron Stories

The sun has made a comeback and this Ginger Tumeric Coconut Lemonade from The Saffron Stories caught my eye as it looks beautifully refreshing and perfect for a day like this!

This lemonade has an amazing array of ingredients – Turmeric is a fantastic anti-inflammatory ingredient, and the spicy ginger is offset with the sweet coconut. Gorgeous.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh lemon juice (from fresh lemons)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar (less if you don’t like it too sweet)
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1.5-2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 cups coconut water
Sparkling water
Thin slices of ginger (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)
