WOW BEAUTY TRIED..... Noir Caviar

Hi my name is jackie and I’ve reviewed Noir Caviar hair products for Wow Beauty, here goes. I tested the Now Caviar Anti-Age Restorative Cleanser, Moisturiser and Styling Cream for 2 weeks washing my hair every other day.

I am 43 year old Caucasian woman with shoulder length curly hair which is thin and fine/silky in texture. It is 10 months since my last hair cut; I am growing it after I was ‘butchered’ by a new stylist (who I won’t be revisiting) in September 2014. Consequently, the condition of my hair is the worst it’s been since I was a teenager. Ordinarily I use Aveda or Kerastase shampoo and conditioner and the only styling products that work for me (and I’ve tried them all) are in the John Frieda Frizz Ease range.
The cleanser (flip cap) and styling cream (pump dispenser) are easily dispensed but the moisturizer has an annoying screw cap which I kept dropping in the shower.
The fragrance of the products is subtle and pleasant. The cleanser lathers and rinses well leaving no residue and the conditioner is really nourishing without being heavy. I used the styling cream under my usual styling product and it didn’t weigh my hair down in the way that serums or leave in conditioners usually do. I’m not sure that it eased the styling process or improved curl definition BUT my hair really is in dreadful shape at the moment so there’s a limit to what can be achieved….however it definitely felt better.
In summary, I was pleased with the products, they are certainly on par with Aveda and Kerastase which I use a lot so I would definitely be interested in trying them again after I’ve had a decent haircut.
