There is something quite special about being able to start your day with fragrance, fragrance that transports you, lift your mood and boost your spirits. All too often in my opinion bathing is a rushed job in the morning when actual fact it can really impact the day that you have when you practice mindful bathing with products designed to soothe your skin and your senses, so it’s always a pleasure to discover a new range of products designed just for that purpose.
The uniquely named guava and gold range delivers just that. This unique range was draws it’s inspiration from tropical escapes…hence the name I guess… Guava being a tropical fruit in case you didn’t know and Gold possibly being the sand and glorious sunsets. Tropical beach vacations are my faves so any product that promises to conjure those fragrances is a winner, especially when it’s January and theres not a tropical paradise to be found except in pictures!
Coco and Cherimoya Body Lotion
The fragrance in this range is a blend of coconut, Cherimoya aka sugar apple, vanilla, tonka bean and bergamot. This lotion is moisturising enough for normal to dry skin thanks to the inclusion of deeply hydrating shea butter, vitamin E, grapeseed and avocado oils. It leaves your skin feeling moisturised and nicely scented without any sticky residue.
Coral Reef Body Lotion
The fragrance in this range is a sweet and fruity blend of guava, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and ylang-ylang. This lotion like the coco & Cherimoya is also moisturising enough for normal to dry skin thanks to its ingredients which include shea butter, vitamin E, grapeseed and avocado oils as well as guava fruit extract, this rich and soothing body lotion is easily absorbed to give you well-hydrated.
The body lotions are Paraben and sulphate free and SPF 15.
Rhythm and Reef Bath and Shower Gel
The fragrance of this shower gel is a glorously uplifting and refreshing blend of musk, blue tea and plum blossom. This cleanses your skin without stripping it of natural oils.
The shower gel is paraben free (it would be great if it were sulphate free as well).
