Denise’s Beauty Shortlist Award Loves: Face

Denise’s Beauty Shortlist Award Loves: Face

One of the things that I really love about being a judge for the incredible Beauty Shortlist Awards is discovering new brands as well as getting to know brands that I’ve seen or heard of but never tried. This is because BSL is known and celebrated for its recognition and support of niche brands.

As a beauty addict and founder of the Wow Beauty E Zine I always have an eye out for something new and innovative or something not necessarily new but simple and effective.

Over the years there have been numerous products that I’ve judged and loved, so I thought I’d give you a peek at just some of the ones that I enjoy using.

Sens8ate Flawless CBD Miracle Facial Oil

This oil is seriously fat! When I say fat, I mean it’s lush and leaves your skin feeling velvety and plumped up. A combination of essential fatty acid rich oils including hemp, marula, flaxseed and apricot deeply nourishes, without blocking the pores. It works really well for all skin types, including sensitive. This is perfect in the daytime over the top of my moisturiser or at night.

RUA Nordic Beauty Softening Serum and Hydrate

With so many skincare products to choose from all promising the world, I find it so refreshing to discover a brand focused on simplicity and efficacy. This dynamic duo of hydration and serum are packed with ingredients native to Scandinavia like Norwegian Sea kelp, Swedish oat and arctic blackcurrant. Love that more brands are launching harnessing the power of native powerhouse ingredients.  Together, these offer vitamin rich hydration, nourishment & protection.

Oskia City Life facial mist

I always appreciate a good facial mist especially when it delivers more than just a short lived moisture boost. This is a protective facial mist, hydrates and brightens and protects against indoor and outdoor pollution. Throughout the day. It utilises ingredients like coenzyme, Q 10 and vitamin C and B3, plus of course, hyaluronic acid and essential oils of neroli and basil to help at the relaxation element.
