Glass skin with The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum!

Glass skin with The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum!

Winter is in full force and our skin is taking the full brunt of those cold, winter winds! Originally called ‘Buffet’, this Multi-Peptide + HA Serum packs a punch and is a fab addition to your skincare routine to help the skin stay hydrated and plump. Let’s talk about why…

What’s to love

  • Peptides and Hyaluronic Acid are a match made in heaven for plump, hydrated skin.
  • It helps plump the skin, to reduce the appearance of fine lines and smooth the skin.
  • Like a drink of water for the skin, it’s gives an almost glass-skin effect, which is lovely.
  • It has a silky texture which glides onto the skin like a dream.

    serum textrue

  • I really like how The Ordinary clearly state which products to use with their serums to help aid the customer curate their routine.
  • It works well under makeup and with other products… no pilling.
  • Packaging is simple and it’s very affordable while still giving great results.

The texture…

The serum itself has a cloudy texture and there’s a slight smell, but nothing unpleasant… it’s got a thicker, gloopy texture that can be a little sticky/tacky when it dries down, but it’s not that noticeable and disappears when you apply a moisturiser on top.

Key Ingredients

  • Utilises four peptide technologies including SYN™-AKE, Matrixyl™ synthe’6™, Matrixyl™ 3000, ARGIRELOX™ which will plump and boost collagen production.
  • Multiple hyaluronic acid complexes to hydrate and plump the skin
  • Skin friendly amino acids to soothe and restore.

If you’re looking for a new serum to slip into your winter skincare routine to plump, hydrate and smooth the skin – you should give The Ordinary’s Multi Peptide + HA Serum a try!
