Spring has sprung and you might just be in a bit of a skincare cleansing rut….been using the same old products for as long as you can remember and you are more than a bit bored! As you probably know, cleansing is one of the most important skincare practices and you need products that deliver effectively for your skin type or particular condition.
So we’ve put together some cleansers that you might just want to try (if you haven’t already of course). Many of these are great for all skin types, but they all work wonderfully on my combination skin… so see what works for you.

Love this cleanser – this is the newly formulated version and although it’s a bit less foamy it still delivers! This cleansing foam leaves my skin clean, perfectly clean without feeling taut. Clean and feeling and looking perfectly balanced and healthy; the sebum zones are clean, the drier zones are balanced and my skin is smooth and ready for the next stage.

This lovely enzymatic cleansing balm offers a deeper clean without stripping the skin. It is rich and thick, and I find that it gives a nice clean with a light exfoliation element, good for when you need that deeper clean, but it feels lovely, creamy and nourishing on the skin too. The exfoliating element does not only come from the clay in this balm (which gives it that dark colour) but they also have fruit enzymes for natural exfoliation…. Love.
Marine algae: firms, nourishes & detoxifies
Fruit enzymes: encourage cellular renewal and natural exfoliation
French clay: detoxifies, removing impurities and reducing pores
Hemp and watermelon oils: nourishes, calms & hydrates
This is one of my all time favourite cleansers for combination skin. This deliciously scented cleansing milk leaves my skin looking and feeling wonderful. Full disclosure: I’m not a big fan of cleansing milks but this one is different. The formula utilises ingredients like sage which help to cleanse the pores and remove impurities and excess sebum, leaving the skin satisfyingly clean and moisturised, with a healthy glow.
Sage: a natural astringent and antioxidant
Glycerin: can increase skin hydration, relieve dryness, and refresh the skin’s surface
The gorgeous fragrance of this cleansing oil combined with its luxurious texture really is a sensory delight: this cleanser is perfect for all skin types and provides a deep clean without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. Over time expect calm, nourished skin with increased radiance thanks to the vitamin rich oils in this 97% organic blend.
Camellia Oil: Both restorative and rejuvenating to the skin.
Squalane: Boosts hydration and helps skin appear more vibrant and healthy, along with having anti-inflammatory properties.
Rice Bran Oil: rich in Vitamin E, B and squalene, this deeply moisturising oil increases elasticity while maintaining hydration.
