Wow Beauty’s Star Picks – February 2019

It’s a new year beauties, and with that, new Star Picks! We’re always testing out new products and we love talking about them… so here are some that we can’t wait to share with you and that have been ones that we’ve really loved this month. You may also see them in upcoming reviews – but here’s a sneak peek at ones that really caught our eye. These are our Star Picks for February!

Boucleme Curl Defining Gel

Boucleme is a lovely range, particularly for hair like mine – which is curly. Love the scent of this. Their whole range has a gorgeous, signature scent to it, which I love. It doesn’t feel sticky or like it’s too heavy – just gives weightless control and makes the hair feel lovely without really feeling like you’ve added a ton of hair gel to it. It’s also free from sulphates, silicones and parabens! LA Girl PRO Concealer

pro conceal

Love this concealer! This has a fabulous formula – it gives great coverage but still looks glowy. It also has a great shade range and price. In fact – I’ve even used this all over my face as a sort of foundation – it never gets cakey or looks too thick. You can layer this up and build up the coverage on places where it’s needed too!  The one thing I’m not a huge fan of is the brush applicator – it doesn’t feel as sanitary as I would like! Jess x

Inner Senses GREENHOUSE Tomato and Carrot Seed Renewing Oil Cleanser

nner

Aromatherapy brand ‘Inner Senses’ just keep launching fab new products! One of their latest is this Greenhouse Tomato and carrot seed cleansing oil…yay…I love a good cleansing oil!! This is a unique & beautiful golden colour and smells very green, earthy and  refreshing. The ingredients list includes Tomato and carrot seed [ of course] as well as skin loving nut oils and papaya enzymes! Oh yes and it leaves your skin feeling loved! watch this space for a full review in March. Denise xx

SKN-RG Pro Serum Concentrate

skn

This lush serum is both vegan and an award winner. It’s jam-packed with vitamins and ingredients like rose Otto, rosehip oil and safflower oil. This is lightweight and easily absorbed whilst at the same it feels luxurious and leaves your skin looking loved. (Full review coming soon) Denise xx

Vanderohe Cleansing Oil

vandrohe

Since Vanderhoe first launched I’ve been addicted and I’ve never been disappointed by anything that they produce: so as a committed ‘ Vanderhoe er’ getting my hands on this facial cleansing oil was major…especially as I adore a good cleansing oil. This oil ticks all of my ‘mindful beauty’ boxes and gives my combination skin a spectacular cleanse. (full review coming soon) Denise xx

OG ØMEGA-3 PLUS Gels

These Omega 3 capsules from ‘OGWellbeing’  were highly recommended to me by Nutritionist Karen Cummings-Palmer.  I’m rather picky about my vitamin supplements so was intrigued by the fact that the oil in these is sourced from high quality North Atlantic herring and is the result of over 30 years scientific research in Norway….so clearly these are not just any omega 3 supplements. I’ve started taking them so watch this space for an update! Denise xx
