Make food a priority and feed your health from the inside out with these three tips from Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC) Evie!

Here’s Evie’s three tips
Tip 1: Eat unprocessed and avoid processed and ultra processed foods because they contain lots of hidden nasties. Lots of sugar, salt, hidden fats and additives and preservatives and they’re just not very good for us. Try to stick to food as close to Nature intended as possible.
Tip 2: Feed your gut microbiome and support the healthiest gut you can by including lots of plant-based foods you can include veggies, salads, fruit, nut, seeds, whole grains and even give that an extra boost with some herbs and spices like garlic, ginger, and turmeric which are fantastic for our gut health but also really highly anti-inflammatory.
Tip 3: Support your metabolic Health by eating in a smaller window of time. You might know that as timed restricted eating, but I don’t like anything with restriction in the title, so just try to maybe eat your breakfast a little bit later in the day and try not to eat too close to bedtime.
Evie’s new healthy eating programme launches on Monday 16th January… sign up today!
Here’s a little info about the programme from Evie herself:
This is a tried and tested 4 week programme I have created that I know works! As a Nutritional Therapist I have years of experience and insights into what really helps people to feel better and lose weight.
I will hold your hand throughout the programme which is accessed through a private facebook group. You will receive daily content to follow (not too much, so it won’t be overwhelming!) and you will receive some recipes to help guide you and a live video to kick-start each week of the four week programme. There will be opportunities with further live videos in the week where you will be able to ask me questions and meet the other members and discuss any challenges and wins.
This group isn’t just aimed at weight loss, it is learning to instil healthy habits where everyone can enjoy the many benefits for longterm wellness.
Here are some of the benefits you can expect based on feedback so far…

- Brighter mood
- More energy
- Better understanding of nutrients/food and how they affect you
