Holland & Barrett 5-HTP
I know so many people right now who have been using 5HTP and raving about the benefits… from helping them sleep, to helping them deal with stress and more, it’s been doing amazing things. I have started this supplement recently and so far I’ve noticed an improvement on my sleep and most surprisingly, it’s helped curb my intense cravings.
I’m going to keep using them so expect a full review in the future.
Caudalie spf 50
It may be winter but that doesn’t mean you need to forget about the SPF. This SPF blends into the skin beautifully, it has a lotion-like texture and also has skincare benefits, which is also a plus.
I’ve also found that even though it’s cold, it’s been very bright and sunny so SPF really is a must!
No7 Flawless Finishing Powder
This is a lovely translucent setting powder. It helps blur the skin a little and set my makeup in place.
It helps to mattify the skin a little, but you’re not left looking dry and flat, it still gives your skin enough of a healthy glow.
I have been using the transparent one mainly so I can set my makeup without adding any additional coverage, but there are ones with colour if you want a little coverage.
