Dry hands? Not with these hand creams…

When it comes to skincare, if there’s one thing I can’t tolerate, it’s dry skin.

I mean I really can’t stand the feel, yet alone the look of it generally but if I had to choose the most intolerable area, I think that dry hands really would be near the top of the list.

So as you can imagine I’m one of those people who always has a tube or pot of hand cream everywhere: in my bag, on my desk and at my bedside… Basically everywhere that I go, hand cream is nearby. I will actually go and buy one if I’m out and about and have forgotten mine… that’s how important it is to me. There’s something very soothing and satisfying about massaging a good hand cream into my hands, in fact it’s the perfect mindful moment.

I’m always trying new hand creams that promise, silky soft, deeply nourished hands and I’m often disappointed.

So, here’s my criteria for the perfect cream:

• That it’s easily absorbed.
• That it doesn’t leave my hands sticky after use.
• That its effects last for more than a few minutes.
• That it’s beautifully fragrant or is unscented.
• That the ingredients are skin loving and effective
