Alpha H Vitamin B Serum
This vitamin B serum with Copper peptides, Chia seeds and Ferulic Acid. This magical blue liquid is a mega skin hydrator. Vitamin B3 is the core vitamin in this serum – B3 is known for its ability to help the body break down carbs, fats and protein into energy: in this serum it helps to deeply hydrate and firm the skin whilst at the same time encouraging collagen production. Another bonus is that it promises to improve your skin’s immunity and barrier function.
This serum also contains Copper Peptides which work to neutralise those nasty old free radicals that can lead to skin ageing and boosting the skin’s production of hyaluronic acid. This also stimulates collagen and elastin production.
Then there’s the Chia seed which is rich in essential fatty acids, in fact it’s said to be the Oil with the highest concentration of antioxidants and it’s great for deep hydration.
Last but by no means least is Ferulic Acid another powerful antioxidant which has the added bonus skill of helping to prevent uneven skin tone and hyper-pigmentation.
If there was ever a time to boost your wellness with supplements this would be it! Personally I take supplements most of the time and over the last few months with the added challenge of coronavirus I’ve really taken extra care to improve my immunity by increasing my intake of Vitamin D, Vitamin C and zinc in particular.
Of course a good balanced formula is always well advised, so I was pleased when I received these Magnessence vegetarian supplements from Firebrand nutraceuticals; this is a described as being “more than a multi-vitamin – it is your wellness foundation”. In a nutshell, this is a synergystic blend of potent vitamins and minerals designed to improve everything from immunity to brain health and heart health.
Earlier this week I happened to get my hands on the latest addition to the Charlotte Mensah hair care range, it’s only been a few days but I’m already addicted to this gorgeous smelling, Luxurious deeply moisturising hair cream. I call it a hair cream because if it’s beautifully silky creamy texture, but in fact it doesn’t wear your hair down but it does leave it feeling nourished and silky. As you would expect it contains Manketti oil which forms the basis of Charlotte’s hair care range and in this product it’s joined by Shea butter which is also known for its ability to nourish and soften. Give your hair some love with this gorgeously scented elixir…you won’t be disappointed!
This is an oldie but goldie and I’ve recently fallen in love with this cleanser all over again. I love that it has a really nice creamy texture, but not a slippery one.
I’ve been using the original which has a really lovely scent and it makes the skin feel cleansed and comforted. Its specifically designed to be removed using a warm muslin cloth and works beautifully this way to also gently exfoliate the skin. It’s a really lovely experience and gives a nice cleanse.
I’ve recently been rediscovering my love for baths and baths salts are becoming a must-have with my bath routine.
I love that these salts not only have the relaxing, soothing scent but the magnesium in the salts is absorbed through the skin, giving you added internal benefits as many people are most likely slightly magnesium deficient… I feel like I’m soothing my body, calming my mind and also treating my body all at the same time and these ones from Westlab are particularly beautiful. I also love the addition of CBD in these salts.
