Happy World Meditation Day! Whether you have a regular meditation practice or you occasionally dabble or perhaps you prefer to just practice mindfulness throughout your day – whatever your style you’ll know that these practices help to centre and balance you creating an increased sense of well-being.

In simple terms, the practice of Yoga Nidra is often described as deep relaxation akin to wakeful sleep – a journey inward that can rejuvenate through deep rest, promote clarity and support us to discover our power: but this isn’t instant, it’s not a quick fix….it really is a journey in the truest sense.
