Here’s some tips on how to get your day started positively and boost productivity!

Plan your morning: plan your time in advance so you know you have enough time to achieve everything and not have to rush

Exercise: Just some gentle stretches can naturally wake up the body can help energise you… a short run is also fab.

Hydrate: Start your day by rehydrating your body with water.

Breakfast: Start with a nice breakfast to keep you full and fuelled to start your day… something nutritious but also something that will be satisfying too.

Take time out: Make time to relax, perhaps as you drink your coffee or upon waking. Read a book, listen to music and just breathe.

Make a plan: Look at the day ahead and think about how you want to approach the day and why and what needs to be prioritised.
